Join us the first Friday of each month for thirty minutes dedicated to exploring meditation. Whether you're experienced or just curious, all are wholeheartedly welcome. Each month may be a little different, trying different techniques and learning of different traditions and teachers, but always with the aim of cultivating a habit through practice and group energy.
